Kohl's Corporation pays all of its employees either through direct deposit or an electronic pay card. In keeping with the company’s paperless philosophy, you’ll need to access the employee portal to view paystub information. The site also includes direct deposit and pay card information, as well as information about insurance benefits and your 401(k) retirement savings account.

Log on to your account on the Kohl’s Total Rewards employee website using your employee ID and password.

Tip

If you forgot your ID or password, click the “Forgot User ID or Password" link and enter your birth date and the last four digits of your Social Security number to retrieve the information

For new employees, click the “Are You a New User” link to create and register the employee account. You’ll need your employee ID, Social Security number, birth date, email address and contact information to set up a new account. Following an email verification process, you’ll be given immediate access to your employee records, including paystubs.

Click the “My Pay” link on the navigation menu.

View your current paystub or select a different pay period from the drop-down list.

Tip

If the paystub you want to view is not on the list, call the Kohl’s Benefits Center between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST for further assistance.
