Click on the jobs in the search results to view job descriptions and apply for a position by clicking on the "apply now" button. This will prompt you to create a new account. After doing so, you can upload your resume and cover letter. If you don't find any suitable job openings, you can subscribe to email updates on the Target job update site. College students can visit Target's college-specific recruitment site. This site has search features allowing you to look for internships and jobs for college students and recent grads. It also lets you to search for college recruitment events in your area.
