Depressing Work Environment
If you find yourself feeling increasingly depressed while at work and if that attitude is following you home at the end of your day, you may want to seriously consider quitting your job. Feeling sad, lost, hopeless or unmotivated because of the environment you work in can take a toll on your emotional well being and can damage your work ethic as well as relationships in and outside of work.
Lack of Advancement Opportunities
Some jobs simply do not offer the possibility of advancement or seem to pass over qualified employees for advancements that are available. Bad Supervisor Relationships
While your supervisor is entitled to tell you what to do as a result of their position, they are not allowed to dehumanize you, antagonize you or otherwise harass you simply because they are your boss. If you feel victimized by your supervisor or feel like you are constantly fighting with him, take it as a sign that you should leave your job and find a new one. Having a bad relationship with your supervisor can cause stress on your emotional well being.
