You thought when you finished school you were done with tests right? Well, when job searching, one of the most stressful parts of some interviews can be a test called the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). Don't let the name fool you, this is a very basic testing tool that helps employers gain insight into the behavior and psychology of prospective employees. Basically, it's a fancy name for a job placement, counseling or training tool, and can be navigated with relative ease -- if you follow a few basic tips.
Taking the Personal Profile Analysis
