Christian counselors offer psychological and counseling services from a religious perspective. These counselors can be employed by churches, ministries or religious groups. Christian counselors give clients a religious world view for their counseling questions and concerns. People in the Christian faith may feel more comfortable working with a Christian counselor since they share the same belief foundations. Christian counselors serve an important purpose in Texas and throughout the United States.
